We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process. RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received for store credit.
- All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, with the original tag attached).
- Any returns received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.
- All items in the Sales are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box and mail back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape, or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will be returned to the customer and subject to return shipping fee.
RETURNING
- Send e-mail to [email protected] with in the subject field "RETURN: ORDER #" explaining what item you are returning and the issue.
- Return item via shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once your package is received, allow our return department up to 7 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return along with store credit (shipping amount is not included).
